Brad Howell obtained Bachelor’s Degrees in Communications and Political Science from Vanderbilt University. He attended law school at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he was the National Team Assistant Justice of Cumberland’s Appellate Advocacy program. During his time at Cumberland, he received scholastic and extracurricular recognition for excellence in appellate advocacy, as well as national recognition from the American Bar Association for oral advocacy and legal writing.
Mr. Howell practices in Business Law, offering personalized strategies for business formation and dissolution, as well as reviewing and creating business agreements and related documents. He is also a Birmingham, Alabama tax attorney who works with clients throughout Alabama to quickly and efficiently resolve their I.R.S. and state tax debts.
Mr. Howell is a partner at Meadows & Howell, LLC. He is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, and American Bar Association, and is certified to practice before the United States Tax Court and the Northern, Middle, and Southern District Courts of Alabama.
